A thief who stole a wallet, is chased by the police in this short slapstick scene. This is a 9,5 mm Pathéscope film which is digitized and restaurated by Cinepro Filmscanning from Zandvoort, Holland. We scanned this in the resolution 1280x1024 and resized it to 720x576. We also think that this movie is missing a scene. The year is a guess

Produced in 1912, this film has three directors credited which might explain its quirky jumps in scenes. Algie is played by Billy Quirk in a performance which got the film mentioned in the movie "The Celluloid Closet" which discussed gays in early movies that were otherwise straight.

Episode of "The Perry Como Show" from 1952. This broadcast features Perry Como singing several relaxing 50's pop songs. As with most 50's Variety shows, This show was done live, and is now Public Domain.

This is the documentary which chronicles the 1934 Nazi Party Congress in Nuremberg. It was directed by Leni Riefenstahl who had the full support of the Nazi party and is a brilliant but frightening picture of the power of fascism. While it is available elsewhere on the archive it is there only in FLV format. I have uploaded it in MP4 to make it available to many more viewers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triumph_of_the_Will
